WHAT IS ASTRALART?

I wish I knew my knowing. Maybe better not.

In my meditations and ceremonies I have no visions. I get a subtle sense of knowing. Some time later it's time and space to sit down, open the iPad and follow that sense of knowing. Sooner or later a picture shows up. And I know when it is complete. The title appears at some time, often when it's done.

I know these picture are multi–dimensional. I know they deliver a message, an insight, a teaching for those who take the time to be with them. I know they want to be seen. Hence this website. I know by now, that it's easier for many to access them when there is a little story around them. That is one of my assignments in expanding this website. The other is to trust this process, this journey.

That's what I can offer you - learn trust. If any one of these pictures draws your attention, trust that. Spend time with the picture. Contemplate with it. Dream with it. Let it touch you, inspire you, maybe even scare you. Whatever comes up, breathe with it, allow it, accept it. You will find a sense of awe.

Put it on full screen. If a print works better for you, contact me, I will make that possible.

WHO AM I?

I wish I knew.

All my life I knew there was more. It brought me through the doors of medical school in Germany to psychotherapy, opened doors to the East, I became a yoga student, then teacher, opened the doors to the West, brought me to Los Angeles 30 years ago.

Handyman, yoga teacher, spiritual counselor for 20 years. More? Oh yes, it became my Wild West. My late 60's. My More. I moved to Ashland, Oregon. I let go of yoga and counseling. I started exploring the inner realms with the help of Santo Daime. I found my Astral I had searched for since the beginning. The Astral is my home, full of wonders, full of adventures, with a breathtaking sense of humor, it's All.

The iPad found me, and AstralArt found its first student.
